Trouble with Your Online Webinars? Let’s get you sorted.

Watching a webinar

Why is my webinar not opening?

If you’re having trouble accessing the webinar, don’t worry! There could be a few reasons why this is happening. Here are some things you can try:

  1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that your device is connected to the internet. If you’re using a company network or VPN, it might disrupt your connection. It’s usually better to use your own WiFi or internet connection at home. If you’re at work, you might want to switch to using your mobile phone for internet access.
  2. Refresh the Page: Sometimes, simply refreshing the page can solve the issue. You can do this by clicking the ‘refresh arrow’ in your browser to reload the content.
  3. Try Another Browser: If refreshing doesn’t work, try using a different web browser such as Chrome or Safari to join the webinar. Sometimes, certain browsers work better than others.
  4. Update Your Browser: Make sure that your browser is up to date. Older browsers might not work well with newer technology. If possible, try using a newer device like your smartphone, as it may provide a smoother experience.

By trying out these steps, you should hopefully be able to access the webinar without any problems.

The webinar keeps loading and does not start, what can I do?

It could be probably due to the speed of your Internt. Click here to go to a test page where you can check the speed of your internet. If the test shows that the internet speed is too low, you might want to switch to a different internet connection.

I have an account, but I can’t log-in, and I didn’t receive the reset password link.

What should I do if part of my screen/webinar is missing / not showing?
